Swedish Massage-
Swedish massage uses gentle and relaxing techniques to move muscles in their natural fiber direction. Close your eyes, RELAX and reap the benefits!
-Deep Tissue Massage-
Deep tissue massage involves deeper pressure and friction across the grain of the muscles. The focus is on targeting chronic knots. There can be some stiffness and pain after a deep tissue massage, this is normal and should subside within a day or so.
-Prenatal Massage-
Prenatal Massage is a light pressured massage tailored specifically to relax tense muscles, ease sore spots, reduce swelling, increase mobility and just makes moms-to-be feel good while going through constant body changes. Special pads and pillows will help support you on the table while keeping you comfortabe. Prenatal massage is NOT for pregnant women still in their first trimester. Always consult your doctor when trying new treatments and with any concerns during pregnancy.
