Description

Each wall quilt is unique and beautifully hand made. First step is the center panel where I paint the background using fabric safe paint. Then, I appliqué figures using batik fabric. Using the colors of the batik with the painting on the center panel will dictate how the figures are cut and added to the quilt. Some wall quilts have machine embroidery embellishments to enhance the picture. A border is sewn on using batik fabric. The quilt is then sandwiched together with a nice backing fabric and machine stitched together. A hanging tube is sewn and the wall quilt is then blocked A hanging rod is included with the wall quilt. These quilts are special as no two are exactly alike and makes a unique gift for someone special in your life.
